I had a wonderful stay here in this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the center of town and just steps away from the beautiful river. It made exploring the main squares and shops so convenient.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with views of the river and the picturesque city. The buffet breakfast was varied and abundant, catering to different tastes and preferences. the spa services offered were a great way to unwind and relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

The decor of the hotel was outdated and some areas showed signs of wear and tear. some staff members were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which could have improved the overall experience.

The hotel is located in a prime location near the river with spectacular views of the town. the breakfast offered a good selection of varied dishes. the spa facilities were an added bonus for a relaxing stay.

The room decor felt quite dated and uninspiring. the Wi-Fi connection was poor and frequently cut out.

The hotel is located in an excellent position, in a beautiful spa resort nestled in a valley, with lovely walks, cycle routes and local sightseeing. Rooms are large, very comfortable, excellently clean, offering a good seating area and a work space with good WiFi connection. Breakfast is refreshing and generous buffet style, and food is locally sourced where possible. Hotel staff is friendly, polite and helpful, offering spa facilities and free drinks during breakfast and supper.

The main dishes during supper might not be up to 4 star standard, but this has not affected the overall good impression of the hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay thanks to the hotel staff's friendliness and helpfulness. The location was convenient for walking around and exploring the city, with many shops and attractions nearby. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options to start the day off right.
